Bring a blanket, a low beach chair and a picnic for laughter under the Hamptons? big night sky!
Since this performance is outdoors, we are always gauging the weather situation and will adjust as need be in the case of inclement weather. We will generally ONLY call a show for rain if it is pouring at the time of curtain (7:00 pm) or if weather conditions pose danger to our cast, crew and audience. Tickets for any show cancelled due to weather will be honored at a following show. If it is our July 25th show and we must cancel due to poor weather conditions, you will have the option to make your ticket purchase a donation to NPC, save it for a future NPC production or put towards a workshop, or have your money refunded.
Thank you for understanding. Outdoor theater is a blast and a challenge, all wrapped into one.

LITTLE FREE FOOD PANTRIES
The Neo-Political Cowgirls currently have two freestanding Little Free Food Pantries- one at 128 Springs Fireplace Road (The East Hampton Senior Center- straight back and on your right in the parking lot) or at 303 Main Street, Amagansett (To the right of Sunshine Shop across from the school) and each are in need of non-perishable food and feminine hygiene donations. These are community sharing pantries where anyone, 24/7, can ?Take what you need, leave what you can.? If you can spare some non-dented, non-expired goods, please bring along with you when you come to see our Shakes Abridged performance and be a proud supporter of true community sharing and caring.
Please and thank you!
Let?s keep taking care of one another.
ABOUT THE NEO-POLITICAL COWGIRLS
The Neo-Political Cowgirls is a not-for-profit dance theater company dedicated to making theater for and from the perspectives of women* and the under-represented in our society. Founded in 2007 by Kate Mueth, NPC is committed to making work that puts powerful stories center stage and creates a space where humans from all walks of life can share their stories through professional dance theater and other arts. Storytellers at heart, their site-specific projects are ground-breaking and invigorating, and they believe in removing conventional walls that traditionally separate audience and actors. Called ?Unapologetically raw? and ?Gorgeous vision-makers,? NPC also ignites communities through their Arts Education arm, Making Space.
